This choice limits waste while improving the resistance to shocks, as on the 42 Carbon Disc Ti (profile 42 mm, less than 1500 g the pair). These carbon wheels offer a careful aerodynamics and an ideal lightness for accelerations, compatible with tires from 25 to 50 mm. Recycled aluminium for robust wheels

Sustain technology extends to alloy wheels with models such as 4 Season All-Road Disc, compounds 75% recycled aluminium. Designed for engravel and bikepacking, they guarantee robustness adapted to difficult terrain while reducing the extraction of raw materials and associated emissions. These wheels are intended for adventurers wishing to combine reliability and environmental sustainability, proving that recycled aluminum can compete with traditional standards.

Non-furnished radius and local freewheel body

Finally, « Sustain Phase One » optimizes the components with Zero Coat rays not anodized and matching nuts, eliminating expensive chemical energy treatments. The Europa H_Ratchet hub, made of 7075-T6 alloy, incorporates a titanium freewheel body grade 5, manufactured locally in the United Kingdom to minimize transport emissions. This 36-tooth freewheel body offers fast engagement (10°) and exceptional durability, enhancing the responsiveness of carbon or alloy wheels. Hunt aims to reduce its emissions by 50% by 2030.
